The familiar, comforting aroma of fresh bread; the scent of stone-fired white birch; welcome to Community Flatbread Co. Our warm, energetic atmosphere embraces you as you enter our dining room. Feast beneath our café-lit pergola at hand-crafted, rustic wooden tables. Watch our chefs as they hand toss each flatbread beside our custom-built clay oven.


Our restaurant’s co-founder, Ralf Wollman, believes that beauty lies in its simplicity. “The fewer the ingredients the better” is his motto. From farm, to fire, to table, we believe that the freshest, organic ingredients bring the utmost flavour to your plate. Our varied palate offers something for the whole family. Let our passionate chefs take you on a culinary adventure with their distinguishing weekly creations. Connect with our inviting servers while you watch your flatbreads cook in our roaring, woodburning oven.

Start your meal off with our unique Olive Bruschetta or Ma’s Chicken Noodle soup which features sustainably raised, organic chicken. Share one of our legendary flatbreads like the 420, loaded with locally sourced chorizo and salami, or indulge in the Veg Out, a vegetarian’s delight.
